How do I know that the product I want to buy is in stock?
All products you find on Forcia.no are available in our warehouse in Norway. If the products should not be in stock, you will be informed of this by e-mail.
When will my order be shipped?
We always aim to send your order the same day it is placed. If not, we guarantee that the item will be sent the next working day. If you place an order during the weekend, the order will be sent next Monday or the first working day after a red day.
How long is the delivery time?
We follow posten.no delivery times based on postcode.
Complaint / warranty
I want to complain on a product I bought at Forcia, how do I proceed?
Of course we will help you with your complaint. Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with "complaint" in the subject field. Provide a thorough description of the basis for the complaint as well as a photo of the product. We answer all inquiries on weekdays between 08.00 and 16.00.
Return / Exchange
I want to exercise the right of withdrawal and want to return a product I bought at Forcia, how do I proceed?
Within 14 days after you have received the item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal. Uncollected packages are not considered valid returns and will therefore be sent out to you again.
Proceed like this:
1.Fill in the right of withdrawal form you received by email. If you are missing the form, you can download it.
2.Place the right of withdrawal form and the product you want to return in the same packaging that you received upon delivery.
3. Deliver the package to the nearest post office or post in store.

If you have chosen VIPPS as your payment option, please note that it may take up to 14 days before you are credited, as the item is only credited when we have handled the return on our stock. Read more about our terms of sale at forcia.no
I want to exchange the item I bought. How do I proceed?
If you want to exchange the item you have received, follow the instructions for return and place a new order for the desired product. Your return will be credited as soon as we have received and processed it.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All purchases outside Norway, shipping and VAT will be in addition to the price
